A better support experienceLa Banque Postale approached me to design a friendly employer focused member portal.
The majority of employers are required by law to have employers' liability insurance. I built a health insurance member portal that was easily accessible for employers. Its purpose is to support users passively and to assist directly when they face issues that cannot be solved alone. The project objectives included: apply La Banque Postale’s new brand identity into digital channels and radically reduce the amount of content. I designed new information architecture to simplify content and make the platform easier to navigate. Using the current brand elements, I redesigned a visually appealing interface that doesn’t distract employers from important content and services.
